All our staff have clear enhanced DBS certificates on the update service and go through regular safeguarding training. Evidence of both is presentable on the clients request. We strive for constant improvement and development, and regularly undertake courses to better assist and engage in a school setting; SEN awareness, behaviour management, and leadership to name a few.
